Has anyone read the "Moody Family" books written by the eldest Maxwell children? They are about the adventures of a homeschool family. I'd love to hear some reviews.
I read "Keeping Your Child's Heart" about 3 years ago and I remember it being an okay book. A lot of their ideas I have done and am doing. Some of their ideas I didn't agree with like music choices and no TV at all. My son was 9 or 10 when he read Summer with the Moody's. He said it was okay. His only comment was that it seemed like everyone was perfect. lol I would be happy to lend you Summer With the Moody's, and if I can find Keeping Your Child's Heart I'll let you borrow that as well. Hopefully my short review was somewhat helpful. lol Blessings, Laura J.
Your speech should always be gracious, {as though} seasoned with salt, so that you may know how you should answer each person. Colossians 4:6 (Holman Christian Standard Bible)

I have them and have never read them.lol They didn't seem to be a good fit for my kids ages. Too young for my olders and too wordy for the youngers.
