SNACK CENTER

This was a GREAT idea that Anita, one of our produce members, shared. This is our snack center and the children know that they can eat from it as much and as often as they'd like. I also pull it out at lunch and dinner time. The cauliflower isn't going anywhere but I've had to refill the other slots a couple of times.....oh and the celery...well *I* grab a piece every time I grab something else...

  1. You have motivated me to pull out my Tupperware piece that is like yours. My kids love veggies but I think this idea would cause them to eat them even more!

  2. Those plates are a good idea. They work!

I must start that back again, though I seem to remember being the only one who'd eat the broccoli raw!

  3. Great idea! Do you have dip out too or just the veggies? What is in the center? Tangerines? Oranges?

    Thanks

  4. We also eat lots of veggies and such but this makes for even more.

I planned to put dip in the center but I found I needed all the slots and could probably use another one.

SB the middle one has pineapple in it this time - fresh - yum.

  6. Great idea. We always do this at parties, but it sure would be convenient here at home.

    More good ideas...keep them coming.

  8. Mom, these are NOT as good as the ones out of the field in the Philippines - but they're a world better than canned. LOL
