I'm limiting Stacia's binkies. I don't want her to have them except at nap time, bed time and chapel (snort). She's gotten desperate enough that she found the THERMOTER and ran out the back door. I found her. BUSTED!!!
Um...yes...I've always been one to grab the camera and document the mischevious behavior before discipline. What sort of mommy does that make me???? Of course, with digital I do it MORE...instant gratification and all...which is good...because I'm determined to beat the cliche of "the oldest had an album for each year and the youngest has 12 pictures - yearly school ones". I have tons of pictures for all and no albums whatsoever (well magnetic ones that I keep meaning to switch over). ::snort::
As I was lamenting her sneakiness in grabbing the thermometer and running out the back....(I KNEW something was up when she tore past here!)....one of the boys said, "at least none of us are smoking in the back yard"....sort of puts it all in perspective. LOL
Your speech should always be gracious, {as though} seasoned with salt, so that you may know how you should answer each person. Colossians 4:6 (Holman Christian Standard Bible)
She is such a scamp and look at those beautiful eyes. I bet she can get away with a lot with that look.
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh, she is TOO cute! When a girl needs her binkie, a girl needs her binkie I guess LOL.
ReplyDeleteI think it is so funny that first you take her picture when she does something wrong. Did you do that with Bre and Krista?

Stacia has a strong and smart spirit! {G}
ReplyDeleteROFLOL, that is smart thinking on her part!
ReplyDeleteOne of my big mom-failures was taking away the "num num." I couldn't do it. Robert finally did when Holly was 3 (how pathetic is THAT?).
ReplyDeleteWith Trevor, we cut off the end, but he would still stick that thing in his mouth, and Robert had to step in again.
. . . not my shining mom moments!
How cute! Gotta love a quick thinking girl. :)
ReplyDeleteMy dd was hooked, and fortunately for us so was our then young pug puppy. The dog would steal them, so we need to credit her with weaning the kid!
Hmmm...wonder if I can train our very old dog to go for the binkies. LOL
ReplyDeleteScamp - that's the perfect word.LOL
I have to admit--I love the way you grab your camera and get those moments captured on film. What a cutie pie, I mean scamp. Ha!

ReplyDeleteSis: She is to smart and cute for her own good. A quick thinker will keep you busy keeping ahead of her in school WHEN she likes a subject. :)
