Jamin Update

He's home. He's o.k. He can't lift weights, but he can run. He'll be off work a few days. I guess he gets to enjoy his visit with Jordan, afterall.

  4. Just saw your prayer request at SHS so came to see what happened. How serious is it? He looks like he's smiling! Did this machine have no guard on it? He was able to run his whole hand through it? :shudder:

Glad he looks like he's OK!

  5. Praying for a quick recovery and good pain management! Wow those things are sharp! When I worked at McD's as a teen they had a rule that no one under 18 could use the tomato slicer for that reason. I'm glad he's o.k.!

  7. What happened? He must not have cut anything off? Were the cuts pretty deep? Just curious.

  8. Jamin:

Sorry for the injury and we are praying you get well fast and it does not get infected and heals well.

Wern't the tomatoes red enough for you? :)

  9. Sorry all - things were a "bit" crazy here with Mike working late, company and shop natural co-op pick up - and THEN the ER visit in the midst.

Turns out he did NOT run his hand through anything. He caught the blades/arm part of the slicer on the back of his hand as it fell from the shelf....yes...stitches and such.
