Jamin's White Piece of Paper

Photobucket

In keeping with Zander's excitement over the "awesomeness" of white pieces of paper.....I took a photo of Jamin with his first receipt for gas. I'm not sure how we let him drive a month without providing him the joy of buying a tank of gas. ::snort::

  1. Well, in my defense, I think all the gas I put into the car has made up for that.

  2. It was fun, except for figuring out to get the gas cap off at first. "Hey, why don't I look for something near the steering wheel to make the gas cap open." :)

  3. Jamin: Hang in there someday you will get to go grocery shopping with a new wife.... This was G'Pa's shocker of his life...our first grocery shopping trip to Safeway on 18th in Eugene. Of course I had to buy everything for the 1st time like flour, sugar, spices and on/on. Poor Dad about had a heart attack when the total bill came to $59.99. One ole' guy asked Dad if we were buying the whole store. Back in 1960 that was.

  4. At least gas is cheap now so he can ease into buying gas!
