Scholarships?

Following is the actual description of a scholarship BreAnne decided not to compete for.

"You must submit an essay of 500 to 750 words answering the following topic:
Write a letter to your Congressional Representative explaining that the United
States simply has too many. Ask him/her to work to reverse this problem by
helping to create a U.S. Commission on Population Growth. Site specific areas
you feel the Commission should evaluate, and give examples of what can be done
to achieve the goal of reducing U.S. population."

Humph!!!!

Your speech should always be gracious, {as though} seasoned with salt, so that you may know how you should answer each person.
