Oh - oh

(Photo Removed)
He's not making jokes any longer.....and he's nauseated. He's done so well...didn't freak out....handling the pain well....but keep praying. I have never had mine out, but I can't imagine throwing up would be a good thing.

  1. D, see if you can get some anti-nausea med for him. Chelsea had a terrible time with drainage (had hers out about 3 wks ago) and the blood kept making her *really* sick. The sooner you can get them, the better. HTH!

  3. vomiting is usually related to the anesthesia. Our dentist gave us anti-nausea meds (which fortunately we didn't need)...

  4. Yes, I would think it's the anesthesia as well. :( Hope he feels better. I had mine out in the summer between my jr and sr years in college. Not fun!

  5. Oh, poor Jared. I can tell it's bad if you even removed the photo. I have vague recollections of my wisdom teeth extractions, ugh. If he's in pain, don't hesitate to call the dr.'s office; I suffered horribly from dry socket and the remedy was simple (although it took me 20 years to be able to eat clove-studded ham!).

  6. I felt just like that when I had mine out. All 4 were impacted. I had a lot of bleeding, which caused nausea for me and I did throw up.

I did feel better within 48 hours, except for the pain.

I hope he is feeling better soon.
