Amazing! You should ask Mike Price if he knows what to do with the little guy. About the bread. I have the exact same problem you have. I make it, but it is not worthy to serve to anyone else. I have used Adrienne's recipe & one I got from my "Bread Bible". I think we should have Adrienne & Becky come to our houses & try their bread to see if it is maybe something to do with our ovens? Just a thought. Heather

Becky thinks that maybe the hard white I bought from SN had moisture in it....
Who KNOWS - but honestly the smaller slices work better for my little ones anyway. {G}
