Books, Book, BOOKS

I received *The Grapes of Math* a living math book on mind-stretching math riddles from PBS today.

We also received three boxes of book closeout books. I got a lot of "mathstart" books, several great looking books on Charles Lindbergh, a few for reading in school and a fun flower book by Ruth Heller. I also received a Rex Stout book I've not read and a couple of Ted Dekker Christmas stories.

The hardest part of receiving all the books is that the Bobbesy Twin books arrived...and I'm having a terrible time not giving them to Arielle and Nolan NOW. How far away is Christmas???? OH - there is also an audio book *Grace Based Parenting* that I can listen to now that I'm done with the bulk of that parenting study. LOL

  1. Aww fun!
There's a cliche about women and shoes...for me it's books and fabric! Sounds like some great selections for all!

Stay strong Sister; Save something for Christmas! lol

    Hope Stacia's perking up.

  3. Yippee, I know you'll love the mathstart books. Sounds like you've got a lot of good reading.

maybe if you wrap the books which are meant as gifts then you won't be so tempted to give them to the kids early.

Your speech should always be gracious, {as though} seasoned with salt, so that you may know how you should answer each person.
