Mom, this one's for you. Ladies, my mom was diagnosed with FM about 8 years ago {?}. If any of you have info, websites etc to share - would you leave them in the comment section for Mom.
Not that I think Feingold is the cure for everything, thought is is a healthier way to eat for anyone, but my FM symptoms have pretty much dissapeared since I went on FG. I have a friend with a wealth of FM info, so I will refer her to you!
De'Etta, I am Jen's friend with fibro. My computer just crashed, but before I reboot, I will leave you with this link to the best, most legitimate fibro/CFIDS site on the web.
Also, the big key for most fibro/CFS/CFIDS people is getting plenty of magnesium. My dad has had fibromyalgia for 10 years, and over the past couple of years has experienced a remarkable cure for his fibro *simply by taking magnesium supplements* All fibro and CFS patients are magnesium deficient.
De'Etta, I have a bunch of links on my blog regarding fibromyalgia ~ you know my story, but I'll condense it here anyway. I was diagnosed with fibro a year ago, but I've battled it all of my life. I've found the most helpful books to be those by Devin Starlanyl ~ there's a link to her site on my blog, http://www.ordianrylife.typepad.com .
Your speech should always be gracious, {as though} seasoned with salt, so that you may know how you should answer each person. Colossians 4:6 (Holman Christian Standard Bible)
