Fresh Fruit, Salad and Steamed Veggies @ each meal
Monday - Cauliflower/Veggie Soup, bread roll ups with meat (men) and some with cheese (littles and me) in the middle...sauces (ranch, marinara, BBQ)
Tuesday - YOYO - Bible Study Night
Wednesday - Parmesan Chicken, pasta salad
Thursday - Easy Beef Stroganoff
Friday - Pizza
Saturday - Oven Fried Chicken, french bread??? I keep meaning to try this!
Sunday - dine out

How do you fit in the fruit at dinner time? Do you turn it into a side dish or just have it available?
ReplyDeleteI have one of those tupperware server things that I fill with washed and cut up produce...it also has carrot sticks. It comes out at lunch and dinner...and they can snack from it anytime. Most often, that is what I do. It's amazing how much this has increased everyone's produce consumption.....
ReplyDeleteMaybe once a week I make a fruit salad...but usually I keep it fairly simple...oh and I put a basket with pears and apples on the table...
