2 Eggs
1/4 C water (as needed)
Chips (optional)
Mix all together. Dough will be stiff. Form into balls. Bake 350* for 8-10 minutes.

This is an easy one for the kids to make when the urge hits.....and I bought cake mixes when Wholesome Foods was going out of business. ::snort::

Oooo...I like easy recipies. Thanks, Sis!
ReplyDeleteHey De'Etta I have even an easier cake cookie recipe:
ReplyDeleteYou take a box of cake mix, any flavor, and just add 2 eggs, and either a half cup of oil or a half cup of apple sauce. Cook them for 6-10 min at 350. You can also add in any kind of extras like chocolate chips, nuts, coconut, whatever.
Bobbie Jo - it looks like the same recipe except I add water if the dough is to stiff. Do you use just one box of mix? IF I used one box - I wouldn't need the water. LOL
ReplyDeleteI only do one box at a time since I usually make 2 different flavors at the same time.
ReplyDeleteLooks good & easy! Now I have to go buy healthy cake mix! LOL
ReplyDeleteLooking forward to seeing all the recipes you will be uploading!
BTW, I actually miss the purging that goes along moving, simply because I keep putting it off with no deadline looming. =/ I am not a horder, can you tell?
I'm sure once you are there and see all the great things to do & see, it will be worth trying to fit into that smaller home.
Arielle: You can make cookies anytime at my house. However, I am having to be careful just which cookies I eat..... grrrrr. not all have the same sugar content. :):):)
ReplyDeleteAlexander: You look like a real good helper and cookie taster.. You will have to let me know which cookies are good...
