It was so fun to see your school room today! And, reminded me to mention you might want to "earthquake-proof" parts of your house before you forget. Like, attach the bookcases to the wall, or use a pressure "I" shaped bar to brace them against the ceiling - sold at your local dept store/home center. Also, there are things for TV's to keep them from tipping over or falling off their stands onto heads when an earthquake hits. Fridges have fallen in severe earthquakes - Like Kobe's many years ago. Anyway, one more thing about life in Japan - but maybe you had some of that in AK?
Sis: Nice school room. Neat to see 'Murmur's" table. :):) God bless you all as your proceed. Praying that Alexander will catch on fast to the reading process....and come to enjoy it all. l/p Mom T.
Very nice! Perhaps you could put one of the futons at the bottom of the stairs? Just kidding, kind of! I expect you'll all get used to them and won't take tumbles.
Your speech should always be gracious, {as though} seasoned with salt, so that you may know how you should answer each person. Colossians 4:6 (Holman Christian Standard Bible)
Loving the tour!

ReplyDeleteI wish I could take the tour, but the video keeps giving me a message that says, "The video is not available at this time."
ReplyDeleteIs the video hosted through anyone other than Blogger? I'm wondering if it's a filter issue...
Have been enjoying your video tour. Very nice house. We also have very high, steep, narrow stairs. We have had a few tumbles, so you all be careful.
