HAHA I can soooo relate. I have a basket totally devoted to mismatched socks and clothes that seem to miraculously appear in my laundry room and don't belong to anyone living here. I know you're so excited!
I have a solution but children must be trained (which I know you can do)... buy a mesh zippered lingerie bag for each child. Write their name on it... each night socks come off feet and go in bag. When it's time for laundry, zip bag, toss in washer and dryer.. hand bag to indiv and voila no lost socks (unless they failed to make it in the bag)
Your speech should always be gracious, {as though} seasoned with salt, so that you may know how you should answer each person. Colossians 4:6 (Holman Christian Standard Bible)
I am lucky that at least two of my dds think it's cool to wear mismatched socks! lol Otherwise they wouldn't be able to wear any at all. heehee
ReplyDeleteSis: We are now on your plan of years ago........... safty pins when matched socks are taken of.
ReplyDeleteHowever, over here mismatched socks are the rage. :):):)

ReplyDeleteMy son has 6 children, 2 girls. They love mismatched socks. I think a mother of many must have started the rage here in USA.
