Exploring with Josi

 Josi woke "off" yesterday. I got smiles and hugs when I got her up but shortly after she began to sort of "complain"....a humming whine...not a real cry though there were real tears off and on. She didn't want to eat breakfast. She didn't want to play. She only wanted me to hold her and walk with her.

Around 9:30 a.m. she began to explore. I noted when she was exploring the "complaining" stopped. I can respect a girl who likes adventure and wants to explore. I crawled behind her to make sure she didn't get into anything she shouldn't have.

I really don't know what this is, but she enjoyed being in it. LOL 

She's such a smart girl. She opened this, looked back at me and I SWEAR she said, "No,no, Mama." I agreed Mama would say this was a no no and scooped her up. 

She was happy to move on to breakfast and then a nap. She just needed a reset to her day. I understand days that need a reset.  We played more in the afternoon and before long Liv was home and then Carrie. Stormy is so patient with Little Miss. 

I stopped by Josiah's place on my way home. My plan was to replace the droopy spring tulips with some artificial flowers.  The tulips looked better. I have no clue. 

Allie and I got home about the same time. We had a fun conversation with each other and Michael...processing our past few days.  It's been quite a busy week. Michael has had to be up with GG every day this week as I have been out all week and so has Allie. More on that to come.
