PLAYING

We worked this morning and played this afternoon. Jamin suggested he take the children to the park, and *I* refuse to be left out. LOL I think the idea was for me to "relax" at home...but it's most relaxing to have all the chickadees together...minus the two girl babies and the biggest young man.....and Mike....ANYWAY.....We all went to the park. ::snort::

This park is within walking distance of our house. An added bonus to playing at the park, is that I was able to walk around the park and get 2 miles in today. My goal SHOULD be 30 minutes of moving my body a day...but it IS 30 minutes at least 3 times a week...for now. I'll work up to the every day thing. I plan to add the *8 Minutes in the Morning* routine back in this week.

Arielle began the day by pushing Stacia in the swing...

Wheee.....

Stacia shocks us all by yelling, "Air, Air"....she honestly was calling Arielle back to play with her ~ her first word other than "Mom, Dad and Hi" ~ Arielle is thrilled!

Jamin has the job of assembling both our kites now that he's the MAN of house on our outings!

Releasing the Dragon

A classic landing!

Weather there looks beautiful! Greats pics, so cute about Stacia saying big sister's name.

God and teeth, well that is an intersting thought, what is he trying to teach us here? Babies hate them, Moms hate them when their babies won't sleep or get old enough to potentially need expensive orthodontia. They don't tend to hold up as well as the rest of our bodies as we get older. Maybe God wasn't feeling well the day he decided to give people teeth.

Yeah - what's up with the huge orthodontia bills...I think we could have foregone the entire teeth idea and lived with liquid food......

and of course we can't forget how bad teeth relate to a person's paian level. :(

AIR-AIR: WOW! You get the great honor of being the first brother or sister that Stacia speaks you name. So neat!!

What a great day! I just love your kites, and it had to just be so exciting for Arielle! You'll have to let us know how 8 minutes works for you. My goal is to get up and moving too, and I've been trying to add in 8 minutes myself. (For some reason I never get past Wednesday!) I even added a ticker to my blog thinking it might guilt me into moving. lol We'll see if it works. :)

Steph - can you send me your blog address. I've been trying to pick the ones up that crashed with my computer as I go.....I'll be up and running soon...maybe be the end of this week? It's a matter of waiting for the windows disc...but I'd done so much blog reading in the middle of the night when I feed Stacia that it's lonely now without all my bookmarks. LOL

I did 8 minutes for a few months before vacation. Vacation sure sent me for a loop - then the girls were home and Mike was leaving and I didnt' want to be disciplined. LOL
