Just heard from our realtor....someone new has looked at our home. They rate everything as "outstanding" instead of "above average" and they say that our home is on their "short list". We'd really like our home to be a blessing to new owners....and we'd like to sell soon. As always - God knows best...but those are the desires of my heart.
