This book sounds great! I try and use whole grains as much as possible. I definitely want a review...of course, after you get your oven fixed and can try some recipes.
I look foward to a review also. Being that it is King Arthur, does it give you tips on actually cooking with whole grains, fresh ground, or just with their whole wheat flour?
I really need a good book to help me use my fresh ground flour!

Jen - others told me they use soft white when it says "pastry" and hard white or red for "all purpose" so I think it will be fine.
