Giving Thanks - Day 6

I am thankful that our lives are so full that we have "puzzle piece" days. It wasn't always so....there were some lonely months when we moved here.

I am thankful that Zander is settling into school.

Nolan is thankful that Nutcracker practice went well.

I am thankful we've only lost one of the 50 books we checked out from the library...and that the NICE librarian was on duty tonight.

I am thankful that my picky eater tried the stew and cornbread tonight.

I am thankful that my Redeemer - LIVES.

God is good to make some librarians NICE ones. LOL

All good things. Why can some librarians be so harsh? Glad you got the nice one.

I hear you about the picky eater. What do you do when he refuses dinner altogether? I have that problem a lot. I allow cold cereal or yogurt in it's place, I hate thinking of him going to bed hungry.

There are many things to be thankful for although many people I know right now are going through very difficult times.

Chris - I've been doing what you do....BUT with the 11 and 9 yo now I tell them they MUST eat at least a bite of what I fix.....and there is always other things they can eat on the table....apples, bread, yogurt so they can fill up on those.
