True Sign of an Impending PCS

Photobucket

I have thrown out my treasured collection of toilet paper rolls. My guess is we won't get around to making that Greek Temple. It was painful. The good thing is that I can easily replenish the supply if needed. ::snort::

Oh, De'Etta, this picture and caption is priceless. It's gotta go in a book someday called "Good Intentions of a Home Schooling Mom." I've been told by my dd, that we need to save milk cartons to make an igloo. How many will that take????

Anyway, I feel a pun coming on....Your family must be pretty wiped out with this upcoming PCS....bad, I know.

Sis:

Our children's pastor would cry to see your TP roll collection. He has a church drive for them the first part of July to use in VBS. :):):)

Love the unique foto. Priceless.

De'Etta, our gerbils would cry to see all those precious TP tubes going in the trash! :-)

It must be even worse if your PCS is combined with your PMS.

Dorothy,
PCS and PMS are a scarey combination. But it will happen a few times during the transition. :)

Yeah - Dorothy and Renee - this will be our FIRST military move where I am not pregnant...and so I hadn't thought of that combination - thanks for the heads up. LOL

You could have used those to make your own sidewalk chalk too...

Oh - so many uses and they are gone, gone, GONE!

This just made me laugh out LOUD! The true sign that I am in 'deep cleaning mode' around here is when I throw out the container of toilet paper rolls and paper towel rolls. :) :)

LOL Laura - spring cleaning or moving...yep. LOL

Oh that is painful, you had a good stash going! Our gerbils use them now too, it's probably just as well that I don't need as many for crafts with some of my kids being older now.

Sis: Oh well, don't worry. Often in other countries the rolls are not as tightly wound SO such things pile up and are eaisly collected again.
