Read an article on yahoo that listed the top 10 cities in the US that haven't felt such volatility in the housing market and which have relatively low unemployment. San Angelo was on the list! :)
Yeah, I'll just pick him up on my way to......hmmm. maybe not. Not headed that way anytime soon, or maybe ever, so he'd be waiting a while. :)
