Snow!

It is still fall! Winter does not begin until 21 Dec. That's my story and I'm sticking to it....but today we got our first snow. Contrary to local opinion, it DID stick....Not a lot...but it's THERE....and I realize I'm just not ready for winter.....I will embrace it when I must...but it seriously hampers my lifestyle.

First snowman of the year

The kids, however, are ecstatic! "We have so many plans for this winter."  Here are a few of their plans...
Winter plans disguised as school work. LOL

Snow wars and forts

A snow song.....::snort::

Plans for a snow castle
I'm sad we didn't take the kids for photos in the colors yesterday....LOL

I'm sorry for such early snow; I know it makes it much harder since the roads are not cleared American northern style.... praying that the real snows hold off until at least after Christmas

Me too, Renee. I love the snow...I do not like me driving in it. LOL

Sis:

Understand what you say. Can onlhy imagine how difficult it is to drive in snow over on their roads and on the left side to boot. So we'll keep on praying and add snow.

Hopefully this snow will melt fast and then you can still get pictures of the kids with some of the fall colors etc.

That snowman is so cute and totally love his eyes. :):):)

Sometimes we get snow in October, but we just were not ready for a foot of the white stuff as a result of Hurricane Sandy. We truly had to go into "snow mode" very quickly. It's all gone now, but I'd much rather have a few flurries just to introduce the season!

Hope you continue to feel better and gain strength.
