Renee - it didn't say. I assumed yellow and used it but I would think you'd use whichever you liked the taste of best.

I had some edamame nuggets which were yummy. I didn't even realize they were knock-off "chicken nuggets" until one of the kids said, "Yum...are those REAL chicken nuggets." ::snort:: No, son - tofu and edamame...go find your own treat. LOL
