Heather's Lemonade (for Gilda {g})

*My adaptions in (...)

Ingredients
5 lemons - juice 4 1/2 & slice 1/2 (I just juiced all 5)
1 plastic bottle of seltzer 44 oz (mine was 33 oz)
1/2 c or more light agave nectar (I used honey)
1 T fresh mint (I didn't have mint)

Directions: Take the sliced lemon and mint and sort of squish them around in the container, then add lemon juice and agave nectar; stir well. Add seltzer. Test for sweetness and adjust as needed. (I simply mixed honey with juice, then added the seltzer...I think this would be great with mint and o.k. with water as well- though it's fancier with seltzer.)

Thanks, Heather, for sharing this recipe. I want your pool granola recipe too, please. I make mine with almond but I'm hearing it was great with maple syrup.

De'Etta,

When and if you get that granola recipe, would you be willing to share both of them? I have been trying to make granola for about a year now with little success. Thank you for sharing your recipes, I am always looking for new kid and husband tested foods!

Kristine...I'll share the granola recipe I've created in the next day or two and when Heather lets me have her secret I'll share it with you too...how's that?
