MIRACLE IN THE FISH TANK

We bought 6 new fish on 3 July. I am SURE that the last 2 dalmatians were floating at 4 a.m. on Saturday morning. This was sad...it meant that of the 6 fish we purchased only 1 had made it. I was simply to tired and busy with Stacia to remove them at 4 a.m. Mid-morning I noticed a Dalmatian swimming in the tank. The kids had seen ONE floating and taken it out of the tank....but the other one is swimming around normal now.

It's a miracle in our fish tank.

Just popping in to say "Hi!".There was a post around the 4th that you asked what kind of fish is was that Mike caught. It looks like a pike to me. I used to catch them when I was a kid at Elephant Butte in New Mexico. Everyone else caught boring 'ol bass, but I caught 2 pikes (g). Ok, going to bed now as we have VBS in the morning.

Hugs,
Jen

My kids want a couple dalmation fish now after seeing your pictures! Are they goldfish (would work with our small turtles in the large freshwater tank) or tropical fish would not work). I guess I could look it up! Glad to hear there was a miracle in the tank!! Sometimes when you first get a fish and let it out of the baggie they come in from the pet shop, they do seem limp or dead I have no idea why unless it's in protest of living in a baggie for whatever amount of time it took to get them home!

Dalmatians are fresh water. I was sad that we bought 3 tiger and 3 dalmatians and only one of each lived. We really don't have a lot of variety of pet store choices around here.
