Weigh In
Yesterday was weigh in day. I didn't loose a thing. That makes 5 lbs lost in 4 weeks (all in the first 2 weeks). I think I'm going to have to figure out how to find time for bike rides....the 8 minutes is slimming inches...that's good... my clothes are about back to the "pre-vacation/deployment" look.....

That must be totally frustrating. Although the numbers aren't as important as how you feel/look etc.

Ah Kay....not really but STILL...I know that the problem is that I'm not riding my bike 5 days a week....but I'm not sure what to do about it. When I listed out my priorities Bible Study took precedent over biking....and I never get both done in the a.m.
