Here's my Moms of Many Exercise Challenge update.
EXERCISE
Monday - 65 min AMT - 780 calories
Tuesday - 30 min AMT 350 cal; 35 min bike - 200 cal - 550 calories
Wednesday - 5 min Ell 50 cal; 60 min AMT 730 cal - total 780 calories
Thursday - 65 min AMT 762 calories
Friday - Monday Playing at Six Flags, Museum of Art, Downtown Dallas
Weekly Totals -
Weight: I'm using the scale at the gym which isn't quite accurate as I don't weigh the same time each day, but I think it is more accurate than the scale at home.

I'm inspired. I realized recently that Lily will be a year old in just a couple of months and I keep putting off getting back in shape because I just had a baby. OK, guess she's not a new-born anymore...I have a new neighbour who is interested in going running/going to the gym together, so hopefully that will help me get back on track.
