OK....once I get signed in to Blogger my screen is in English...but when I'm reading other blogs the toolbar is in Japanese as I have a Japanese ISP. In other words, I can choose English but it only changes it for me on MY compose page etc.
On most blogs at the top there is a "search box" - for instance on Lisa's blog I used to be able to type "menu planning" and "search this blog" and get all the posts with those words in it....so now....it's all in katakana....and I've clicked all the buttons and none of them are a blogger search.
Will someone tell me what the buttons across the top of your blogger toolbar say when you are reading a blog? I noted one of the buttons showed a twitter/facebook/email buttons...does that mean you can now share your blog by clicking that?

Blogger buttons across the top when reading a blog are: "Share"..."Report Abuse"..."Next Blog" and then at the right are the "Create Blog" and "Sign In" buttons. Yes, when you click on share, you can share that posting on one of the options you mentioned. Fun! HTH
I do enjoy your postings and positive way of looking at the ups and downs of life -- "Choosing Joy" is a very appropriate name. :)

Just think when we first lived in the PI's you were able to enjoy while we figured things out. BUT at least we didn't have the computer/internet world to worry about. :)::) God Bless You all.

Hmmm....the "search this blog" button is no longer on the tool bar? Or where is it....give me say the third of the screen, left, right.... ::snort::

The search this blog button is no longer there! As you can see there is still an area to do a search, but when you are done typing in your search words you just hit enter on your keyboard and it will do the search. Does that help?
I see a search area first (it doesn't say search this blog but it looks like a search box with a magnifying glass in it. Then I have the same words as Kristine after that.
I don't see a search box at all....but I'll check...and a magnifying glass should cross all language barriers. LOL
Thanks ladies...the search box is there...but since that USED to search the web, I was looking for the "search this blog" button...now that searches the blog. AND when I enter something and hit enter it all goes english...but that may be because I was testing on my blog. I'll have to try it when reading another blog. LOL Because I've noted that when I go to blogger or google it will be in Japanese but once I log in (I've set to English) and it's in English.....but when I'm reading your blogs - the shell of blogger is still Japanese.....though the text is whatever you've set it to. LOL
