Check this out - 61*, wind no more than 6 mph, no rain...or SNOW ::snort:: I think this forecast means "do school early as they're up, hang the laundry (it probably will be there when you return), and head to the park." Stars and Stripes predicts 68* today....
It would be easy to be lulled into a sense that SPRING IS HERE - BRING ON SUMMER!!!! But locals are telling me that May will be beautiful and June will be RAINY.
We are in a full court press of school - and need to continue that - but I need to remember that we'll have lots of inside time in June - different than say TX. I will remember to add "outside time" to our lives. Today, we go hunt for Cherry Blossoms in full bloom.
BTW - you know those dust storms I write about? We have a field directly behind our house....and, as you know, fields and fields across from the subdivision. You'll have to trust me on this - but THIS is the dust that blew in (through closed doors) in ONE day. It's the sliding door off our dining room.

I have to tell you I am 100% impressed with how adventuresome you are venturing out without Michael. I did that in Germany but not too often (and never ever too far) in Korea. Your kids are having such wonderful experiences
Well, I was suprised to see my name on your weather forcast. Thought you REALLY loved me or something! HAHAHA!
It looks like they are translating the Chinese characters for the days of the week.
Thursday - Moku youbi - means tree
Friday - Kin (not M) youbi - means gold.
Saturday - Do youbi - means...dirt/soil
Sunday - Nichi youbi - means day
Monday - getsu youbi - means month
and Tuesday - Ka youbi - means fire
The first symbol has the meaning. THe youbi part means day!
Waiting for OUR sunny days to come. I watered today. Then it rained, snowed, hailed, etc. Guess I'll stop watering!
