Yes, we carved our Jesus pumpkin this afternoon before Jared went to basketball practice. When I've settled down a bit, I'll blog. It involved... well.....you'll have to see the photos to believe it.

On It's Way
My vote is on it's way to Alaska....just in case we end up actually needing to count absentee ballots this year. This reminds me that we were going to put an absentee ballot in our lapbooks....oh well we have room.
In another election aside, Jamin and Jared have come up with a plan to ensure the safety of our yard sign. It involves Josiah spending the night, roofs, paint ball guns......Mike told them flashlights and possibly water balloons but NO paint ball guns.

Local Ice Cream PollArielle and Nolan ran a tight ship this morning, after I explained that they couldn't cooerce folks to vote for their favorite flavor. ::snort::
Everyone was a good sport and we appreciated their participation. We received 21 votes this a.m. and will tally the internet votes on 4 Nov. We'll continue to let other local friends vote until the 4th.
Below are some random photos of our local polling place....um....but... FIRST, all the laundry baskets you see in the background are shares of PRODUCE. I don't want anyone to think I have 27 baskets of laundry piled around my living room. LOL
Voter Intimidation?
We decided that voters could have assistance. No age limit other than being old enough to know WHICH flavor they like.
