It's been years since I pulled an all-nighter; but I've done it now. My day "began" with a conference call from midnight-01:30. I could not get to sleep after the call - too much for my brain to process.
Our day refused to wait for me to take a nap. ::snort:: Arielle enjoyed a fun time sledding with friends.
Akiksosan came over in the afternoon. We had NEVER seen Hello Kitty Chocolate nikuman before! What a treat - seriously. The kids ate so much I began to wonder if they'd eat dinner; they did. I plan to veganize this nikuman recipe in the near future - after I do something about my lack of steamer.
Akikosan was also suitably impressed with Zander's magic tricks. We had an enjoyable afternoon. I learned Japanese people have been choosing a "word" for years and years....I'll blog about that tomorrow. I've seriously used up my words for the day.
