So Sweet it Hurts....

It's been a long day. Chapel was good. Visiting was wonderful. I had 4 ladies volunteer to help me with the Easter Sunday Breakfast.

Mike stayed in today to work all day. He got home at 9:00 p.m.

We moved a recliner to Cy's apartment.

I spent a fair amount of time talking to PWOCers today....I believe God is on the move and we are going to have a full board by the date I set for installation after all. I think.

I played with camera settings...cool...until I seemed to break the camera. I'm praying I can find someone to repair it "near local" rather than sending it back to NYC. I really need this camera for Passover week.

Aren't these two sweet? They were taken before we headed to chapel....when the camera still had a flash. ::sigh::

  1. This gal is 3. She doesn't seem to have a failure to growth issue to me. ::grin::
  2. Every little girl should be so blessed with big brothers.
  3. No, this is not an NBA sleeve that Zander is sporting, Coach. He explained to me that it's for wiping his mouth after he brushes his teeth. ::snort::

Friday Recap

  • School....we're going to make it.

  • Ran all over town again picking up Stacia's medical records. I believe I have EVERYTHING. We were told that there were two findings for Stacia that we needed to resolve. One the pediatrician the first months of her life were concerned about her weight loss and worried about IUGR (Bre had this). Um....one glance at her and you would KNOW she does not have weight loss issues. I picked up the records and looked to see where she would be for her height and weight now. I was fairly certain she would be over the 50% mark and that worry would be scratched off. Her weight and height are not even on the list...so she is over 99%.....guess that one will work itself out. ::snort:: There is also concern about Stacia's left kidney. She had the cath and dye test as a baby. There was no reflux etc....but there was something mild....we were led to believe it was NOTHING to worry about. They want the x-ray reports and such. I got them. I'm praying that they will not require Stacia to repeat this procedure. She's VERY modest about a few things...and I don't think a cath, dye, hold it, let it loose on the table would go over well at 3 1/2.

  • Family Pizza and Movie Night - Josiah came over. He motivated all to finish the pond out front. We were waiting for Saturday. It's gurgling outside the dining room window. We can watch the birds land and enjoy it. It reminds me of AK with the creek outside our dining room/bedroom windows....

  • We received word that there will be an apartment available for Jamin, Krista and Bre in June at EBC. YES - we'll get to see their new apartment and drop Krista and Jamin off.
  • "We" watched Jerry Lewis in "Family Jewels". I actually fell asleep.
  • Talked with Cindy on the phone about my photo needs. LOL

Thursday Recap

  • School - we are zipping along to be finished with "school" by the end of next week.
  • House of Faith - Jamin and Jared Participate - If you haven't yet, click here to see what Jamin was up to this week.
  • Piano Lessons
  • Photos - I got 28 pages of photos into an album during piano lessons.
While doing school we realized Stacia was saying, "Excuse me, do you understand," in perfectly accented Japanese. I'm sure she hadn't a clue what she was saying, but it was cute.

We also found some time to play Easter Bingo....Dark Chocolate Sun Drops as markers.
