This is WAR!

I've solved it by bringing the rack inside...this week.
Today I found my solution. It's too cold out there now to go work on it. I bought four BIG bags. I think they're yard bags of some sort. I bought lots of sand. I'll fill the bags with sand and tie them to the legs of laundry rack...THAT should take care of the laundry blowing away.

Your American neighbors (nextdoor) didn't invite you to their party? How rude.....
in Korea, this probably wouldn't happen because folks were warned over and over to remember we are guests in their nation and to act properly. Same thing living offpost in Germany - no wild parties by the Americans

Well....in Japan all the "western houses" are in set apart subdivisions. We prayed for a home that would fit 7 in a Japanese neighborhood. We do have our farmer and we love interacting with him...but the rest of our neighbors are Americans and they do not care one whit what impression they make on the neighborhood. LOL

Now that is NOT true....I have some wonderful neighbors....we just happen to have 4 from one squadron and so parties happen here. The puke in the road is a bit much and I may have to talk to someone eventually - but I'm trying love....
