Boys will be Boys
Our boys met up with Steve and Debby’s boys at the base’s paint ball field today. Mike likes to do this with the boys and I hear they all had a good time. Evidently this is a growing sport on the base as there were 30 people there instead of the customary 8 – 10.
The highlight of the day to hear Jared and Josiah tell it is when they “rushed” another group. They were out of ammunition but managed to run in and get the other group to surrender by the sheer audacity of their move.
While they played we played at home – sort of. We cleaned up from last night. We made two French Strawberry Pies. We got another load of apples drying. We got Stacia to take a nap. All in all it has been a busy morning for all.
