Zander's AppointmentWe’re home. Zander has a new silver tooth. Dr. S is AMAZING!
Zander is trying to pull his new silver tooth out, please do pray that he is able to relax about the sensation. He’s been in tears since we left the office telling one and all that he HATES silver teeth and they need to take it out of his mouth.
He has the second root canal next Monday unless we think he needs bit more time. I forgot the camera.

I'm continuing prayers. Sometimes when Matthew needs antibiotics I tell him the medicine (good guys) is beating up the bad germs (even physically demonstrating how they do that) :::grin:::
Would something like that work for Zander? Maybe if you show him how good this tooth is and how it will help him CRUNCH up the food he needs to eat to be healthy?
Poor Zander. I can almost understand. I have this weird feeling when anything "foreign" is in my body too! It isn't fun.
Continuing to pray that he will find peace with his new silver tooth and that the second procedure will go well.

You're not the only one with silver in your mouth. My 8 year old AJ and I have it too and it allows us to keep eating popcorn!

It does feel funny at first but soon you won't even know it is there.

That's so hard. Emily used to be sort of that way. She didn't like change of ANY sort... she deals with change better now, but it still bothers her considerably unless it's something that is HER idea.
