Ingredients:
3/4 C Balsamic Vinegar
2/3 C ketchup
1/4 C honey
2 sliced shallots (used onions)
2 T Worcestershire sauce
1 T Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp allspice
salt, pepper and sugar to taste
Simmer until thickened, about 15 min. Strain if desired.
