Yesterday -

Stacia continues to run a fever off and on.

School was school. Arielle finished Wordly Wise B. She threw it away. She then grabbed C off the shelves. We had a big laugh thinking that this book had been used by BREANNE (who is now 21 1/2) in Hardin, MT. I told Arielle to write in the book - it's time to order more. She wondered
how the others had used the book if they didn't write in it. I think she thought they had it easier than her....I explained that they had to write all their answers on notebook paper. ::snort::

Zander took THREE WEEKS to earn 60 tickets this time. He enjoyed playing "play station Narnia". I can't figure out how he can earn 60 tickets in 2 days and at other times it takes 3 weeks.

Co-op: truck was met. . . late. My "normal" help wasn't able to help sort etc. Heather was a HUGE help - she handled all the splits and then jumped in and helped us pull orders. Another young family showed up about 45 minutes early to help - Sarilyn and Jake - Mike. They asked about you. They have a darling new 3 month old baby boy.

It was late by the time the last orders were picked up last night. I was EXHAUSTED since Stacia has been battling something and didn't sleep Sunday night. I headed to bed without finding time to update or post on parenting. Maybe I'll get two done today.

Stacia was up every hour - two last night as well. She's running a fever that spikes. No other symptoms other than 4 teeth coming in. The rash of last week is gone. Nothing seems swollen. She isn't pulling at her ears. I'm waiting it out another day....I'm cancelling Bible Study tonight and school photos tomorrow....we'll see. I'm not sure if she'll be better by tomorrow and don't want to cancel at the last moment. Bible study is tonight and since she's so cranky and running a high fever....I am staying home with her. I won't leave my boys to deal with her. Besides she wants/needs mommy more than the ladies do tonight.

:-( Poor Stacia and poor mommy. Hope she feels better soon.

Sounds like a full, productive day for all.

awww it's always so hard when the youngest ones are sick, she's too little to understand why she feels that way. Hope she's better very soon for her sake and yours!

Way to go Zander! I love your ticket idea. I saw a roll of tickets in the store recently and almost picked them up, maybe next time. A good and inexpensive idea for a chart and also probably have some play value if kids want to play something which requires admission.

Congrats to Arielle on completing another workbook. Hayley likes to save hers, Hayley likes to save everything. I think we need to make a big production of how fun it must be to toss it out when you're done, LOL.

WHAT? You threw away a workbook? Remember the days of the overhead protector sheets and wiping them off after the kids were done? (LOL)!
