Ice, Snow, Sleet and Thunder - Really!

Jamin's back from his run. It's ICY, snowing, sleeting...and THUNDERING. I'd never heard of THAT combination. Mike is trying to figure out what to do about the Sunrise service tomorrow...well really to do the Sunrise service we have to have youth out at 6 a.m. because they are doing the breakfast and it will only be 30* then...and doing this "winter mix" all day today.

Jamin: Do you ever look out of character for a Texas fellow! Just kidding! One has to think this crazy weather is good for something. Guess it is going to keep you all missing Alaska!

It has been snowing for several days (inches) at Ft. Riley in Kansas. NUTS-zo!!

We only are having rain. Nothin new and the weather is in the 50's.

love you praying for you,

When we have spring snowstorms we occasionally get thunder with them... we had thunder *AND* lightning last week accompanying our snow.

We had a very weird mix the other day too. It decided to be snow (after rain and hail) and then gave us a foot. Sounds like it'll be a cold Easter even way down in TX.

Crazy weather. We had a beautiful day today after our gray snowy week, but it was still quite cold.

We do Easter sunshine service no matter what the weather, but I can understand Mike's relunctance with the snow/icy mix.
