Photobucket New Year's Eve Day

Mike spent the a.m. reading Jamin's book, *The King of the Reid*. He's pushing to finish editing it this week.

All the girls (minus Stacia) went out to lunch with my friend, Debbie. Her boys stayed at the house to visit with my boys.

Josiah and Jamin went to work.

Mike went to work. Yes, he is OFF but there were things that HAD to be done.

All the girls (Mom-Stacia) went to Walmart to buy this and that.

Krista made hats for Nolan and Arielle.

I tried my first recipe from the Sue Gregg cookbooks. "Cheese Scallop Potatoes" and they were good. There were none left. Next time, however, I add some garlic, more onion, and some Italian spices. ::snort::

I received a call about a new natural foods co-op. We'll be ordering through Rainbow Foods/United Foods. I began the process of checking through their catalog to see which of our old favorites are available.

Zander is obsessing over an Chipmunk movie that Krista bought us for birthday season (Nov-Feb).

We rang in the New Year.

We played Twister.

We all watched *The Nativity Story*, which we rented from netflix, and it was 2008 as the movie ended. Mike hadn't seen this one yet as it released last year. He says it isn't real popular in the Middle East.
