- For those who have asked - takes 5 min to feed starter and make up dough for English muffins last night
- This a.m. 7 min to finish dough, shape and get on griddle...16 min to bake 8 min used to grind flour, clean kitchen and start dough for Cinnamon English Muffins....6 min left to do other quick chores while I wait for 2nd side of muffins to be done....so....5 min to start dough; 23 min TOTAL to bake in the a.m. Not a bad thing at all.
