In the time of Facebook every moment of the day seems monumental and worthy of sharing. Do you care what I had for breakfast? Most likely not...but it made me smile. I thought about it....

Then I grabbed one of my tiny Japanese plates and had Sweet Potato Casserole...veggies are a very Japanese style breakfast...though I think the topping makes is more of an American style treat.

Don't judge me. ::snort::

Yep - veggies are amazingly healthy. The science actually shows as the percentage of non-plant based foods rise above 10% the rate of cancer and heart disease will rise - proportionate to the non-plant foods they are eating.....they've followed this for the past 40 years in Asia and it's the Filipinos were on to something....and I am having a blast rediscovering Asia veggies.

I actually like raw vegies better.
