This is the last closet that I need to organize. It's a second one in our room. We thought it would make a good school closet....but now I look at all this stuff and think "MAYBE NOT!!!" ARGH....I'm stymied....but there isn't much else to work on....so I'll go give it a shot....
Having started pulling things out - most of it IS school stuff - the big things like microscopes, telescopes are on the floor....other stuff thrown in as it fits.... ugh. I had Darshia's plan to follow with the toy closet.....If you don't hear from me for a few more days....you'll know where I am....and seriously any local friends that want to come do an intervention.....like whisk me out for chocolate (where IS the nearest Bennigans????) and maybe the kids will organize this one....oh wait....they have been helping with this one....

You will feel SO GOOD when you finish that task! I can imagine you will finish before days are over.....probably tonight or tomorrow. You seem like a "once I start I won't stop until it's finished" kinda gal to me :)
Uhg this reminds me that I really need to tackle my foyer closet. Good luck on your challenge!
Okay, I am feeling a bit better about my terribly messy areas...you are giving me hope that most people have at least one place that looks like this closet!

Oh Sister! To think I was too embarrassed to show you my workroom or MB! lol OK, glad I'm not the only one w/"NEEDS HELP" areas! {G} The sorting is the procrastination point for me...but we both know how GREAT it feels when it's accessible & organized!!
Schedule a celebration date w/Mike when the project is done. Perhaps he'll need to leave a trail of chocolates to lead you away if you get too engrossed...or would a Chick-Fil-A shake do the trick? {g}

LOL Kelly. Yep - my house really isn't THIS cluttered...but those problem areas - the closets and my paperwork were BAD.
::Snort:: Am I giving you all hope? This closet has been like this since we moved in...the terrible thing is I noted that while I've been cleaning this week the little have made a huge mess of the GAME CLOSET in the garage. ARGH. It will be HOT out there to tackle THAT.
Well - it's NOT all work - I did hang the I Love You lights in the room....::snort::
WOW.... that looks like my scrapbooking room! I'm making progress in my room.. at least I can see the floor now and one can actually walk into the room! I have until the 30th to meet my deadline so I'm rushing to finish now!
I was over at my friend Lisa's tonight. I was just telling her that it is about that time where I need to go through the whole house and declutter . . .I can't stand it when I open drawers and closets and see messes . . . it stresses me out . . .
