Mmm...sounds good. Ours was great too. I often make these sorts of loafs up but they rely on eggs to bind the ingredients together and I do sort of lean on cheese! So, it was great to have all the calculations done for me to be able to drop the eggs and cheese.
Have fun trying some different combos.
