I bought 15 lbs of Maranatha Peanut Butter a couple of weeks ago. The day of reckoning finally arrived and I needed to stir it. I really did most of the stirring....but Arielle did graciously help me.

Wow! That must be a REALLY heavy duty mixer. How often do you need to stir it?
I've never seen that much peanut butter all at once before, just a small jar of healthy peanut butter can be insanely hard to mix! Glad you got a good mixer for the job!!
LOL it's just the $7 mixer....nothing special. I stired with the spoon....then with the mixer on the highest setting...then poured a couple jars, and repeated. It worked. I'm storing them all in the fridge so that I won't have to do that again until I order another 15 lbs of peanut butter. We are getting the store wholesale prices from United - we have to buy in cases but the prices are AMAZING....
Holy Cow . . .that is a lot of peanut butter!
