It was not an April Fool's Day joke...

Words have to be carefully considered...but photos will suffice. A new adventure has begun for our family. Godspeed.

Saw & chatted with your mom & dad a couple Sundays ago at church. Your dad NEVER changes! :)
Saw one of your precious daughters yesterday... told her that I really DO know who she is, even tho when I met her in Spokane I hadn't "connected the dots!" Wanted to hug her for you, but...
My prayers are with you all. God be with you! Do you know how long this time will be without Mike? I don't remember.
Blessings.

Ah, Tammy. Next time you see them you give them big hugs and tell them you're my friend. They're getting used to that. Mike will be gone about 7 months is our guess.

Praying that the days will go quickly. That you would see much fruit from this separation. That your young men and ladies would thrive in the coming months. That your hearts would be at peace. Thank you, Mike, for your service to our Lord and our Country.

Oh De'Etta!! Praying for you. Love the Casting Crowns song. Thank you for being such an amazing witness to those of us who love you on the blogosphere, in real life and on the SHS loop.

What is happening here? If you don't mind me asking; which family member is going to serve our country, and where? How awesome it is to see patriotism and dedication. I hope all is well with your sweet family.

Father (my husband) is deploying. I can't mention a location just yet.
