.milk and honey.....can you imagine a land flowing with ice cream????? I used to make ice cream every Saturday morning in preparation for Sunday night. We quit doing it in Japan as the ice cream maker didn't work well with the electricity....and we never got back into the habit - until now.

|4 C of heavy cream (supposed to be 6 and 6)|

|1 - 2 T of Vanilla|
Lots of ice and rock salt
30 - 40 minutes later - glorious ICE CREAM!

Next, I tried it with coconut milk. I couldn't find coconut cream so used coconut milk coffee creamer - it worked - but I've ordered some cans of coconut cream for the next batch. I'll make way less, too.
It worked - and it's much cheaper than the non-dairy I'm finding in town.
