We have a darling picture of her blowing a kiss but I edited it and it's not a PSF and so blogger won't upload it...I don't how to edit it and keep it a jpg.

DeEtta, Do you have Paint on your computer? (An MS Office tool). You should be able to open the edited picture in there and save it to whatever format you want.

very cute! No idea how to change the type of picture you have. Been there, done that, didn't get it to work. LOL
