Hmmm….Misc Sunday evening thoughts….
We enjoyed “Remember the Titans”. The cheap DVD player works better than the new one on Netflix movies. I really don’t like DVDs and wish they hadn’t been invented.
I DID get the co-op order sent to Shop Natural – goodness that took a lot of thinking this time. I bought some Stevia to try in lemonaide….and I found Dr. Becker – a natural Dr. Pepper alternative….we’ll see if Mike enjoys it.
At chapel today one of the bigger boys was holding a soda can above Zander’s head. Zander was jumping, screaming and trying to get it. I noticed it said “organic” on the can and said….”um…that IS his soda”. The boy gave it back. It was empty and Zander proceeded to throw it away. The boy said he’d wanted to jump on it. Goodness…..boys. It cracked me up that a chaplain standing nearby said he noticed the can said organic and “knew it had to be yours”. That is an extremely funny statement to have heard about US….I guess we have made a lot of changes. LOL

I think you're making a name for yourselves as a crunchy granola type :) Boys certainly like to tease each other, don't they?
I'm enjoying my last blessed hours of quiet. Doug and the boys went to the lake yesterday afternoon and I've been lazy since they left. I am about to put on some soup and toss a salad. I am feel recharged and ready to tackle the summer ahead.
You sure do have a lot of goals :) I have summer goals, now I need a routine so that I actually get them done lol...

ok, where did you find this natural Dr. Pepper alternative? That is one thing I have been wishing for! I can't even drink real coke anymore, even though it is FG approved as it makes me sick. But I used to be a big Dr.P drinker and have been looking for some kind of alternative to treat myself with!

Blue Sky Natural Sodas - Dr. Becker.....www.shopnatural.com or www.shopmycoop.com It is NOT organic...their rootbeer and Prime Lime CREAM are good. The Ginger Gale we hated. This time we're trying some of the naturals...we don't drink them often....but it is nice to have them to take when we are going out to eat or to a picnic or potluck where I'm hoping the kids will choose them instead of the other things offered...so far so good. LOL
