Moms of Many Exercise Challenge Weekly Fitness Goals (click button for more info)

Here's my Moms of Many Exercise Challenge update.

EXERCISE - Lots of excitement at the gym this week as they moved machines around and brought in 20 new machines with INDIVIDUAL TV Screens. I can watch FOX NEWS and get the headlines in the a.m. regardless of what the rest of the room is watching.

Tuesday - 65 minutes - 690 cal
Wednesday - 60 minutes - 580 cal
Thursday - 60 minutes -590 Cal
Friday - flu
Sat - flu

Weight - This was NOT a great workout week...and yet I lost a lb. The moral of the story is to quit working out? For more entries click here.

Or maybe you just need an occasional bout with the flu to keep losing. Ha!

Not fun! You are doing much better than I in the exercise department. I have been terrible!

Yes, like Kathy said, getting the flu more often might just be the trick! If we had only figured that out earlier....
