A special treet for myself is to wash and set my hair and then sit under the hairdryer for an hour or so (yes I have one of those bonnet hair dryers). The soothing heat and steady drone of the hair dryer is a nice escape. I'll read or stitch and be in my own lolla land...how strange is that! :-)
